YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
He Krishna Yoga Center provides one month yoga training which includes practicing it for 30days (200 Hours) daily in order to have better and healthy life than before. This intense training of 200 hours have all the aspects related to Yoga like Philosophy, Asanas, Kriyas, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudra, Bandha, Anatomy and Physiology etc., which is the basics for this Methodical Teacher Training. We provide services related to Yoga by using new concepts including dual training in which your yoga practice will start from the very first day of your joining.
This Teacher Training program includes Krishna Yoga as well as Raj Yoga Meditation. This unique combination of both the Krishna Yoga and Raj Yog helps in expanding the popular concept of hatha yoga as a physical discipline in a strong therapeutic and spiritual dimension. There is yoga done for self-discovery in which the unconscious force of the restless spirit is harmonized and results in finally resolving all the emotional conflicts inside us.
Daily Schedule (Monday till Saturday, Sunday Special Program)
• 06:30 – 07:30 individual practice in the centre/ lecture.
• 07:30 – 08:30 meditation / Raj yog in the group (sangha).
• 08:30 – 09:00 pranayama/ breathing exercises.
• 09:00 – 11:00 yoga class.
• 11:00 – 13:00 brunch (lunch/breakfast)/relaxing/ self-study.
• 13:00 -14:30 lecture /self-study/ Hindi or Sanskrit class.
• 14:30-16:00 practical-methodical training/yoga classes.
• 16:30 -18:00 yoga class (advance level)
• 18:00 -19:00 meditation/ Raj yog /puja/satsang.
• 19:00 – 20:00 dinner/ break.
Curriculum
Asanas: These poses are used to have steady body and mind, to make the practitioner more energetic and free from disease and make them ready to practice meditation. These are also the most familiar part of Yoga tradition to all in this western world.
Pranayamas: These practices utilize control over our breathing and influence the flow of vital life force in the body and is practiced after practicing asana. Here you will get to learn and practice more about the basic pranayamas and kriyas.
Meditation: Dhyana or meditation is the practice used for calming the mind and body by controlling the mind thoughts, calming the senses and deep concentration.
Mudras: Mudras are advanced yogic techniques that help in altering mood, attitude and perception by deepening the awareness and concentration towards Yoga. You will get to learn and practice five mudras during the training period with us.
Bandhas: Bandhas are like bodily locks that help redirecting the flow of energy in the body. This involves locking the chin, abdomen, and perennial region of our body. As these are advanced practices and are best practiced by doing individually under able instruction.
Yoga Philosophy: For having successful yoga practice, there must be a complete understanding about the ancient yoga philosophies which is described in traditional texts based on Bhhagavadgita and Hatha yoga pradipika.
Anatomy and physiology of Hatha Yoga: It’s important for yoga teachers to understand the movements and ranges of motion of the human body as well as the inner workings of our digestive, respiratory, circulatory and nervous system. This knowledge will help students understanding the full benefits and limitations of these practices.
Teaching methodologies: From the beginning of the course, you will get to learn how to prepare a good yoga class, how to bring the different parts and sequences in a systematical and logical way together etc.
There are some points that you need to know before joining this training:
1. During this complete training, you are provided with food and accommodation from our side.
2. You will be given reiki treatments for all levels.
3. The participants are responsible for both arrival and departure.
4. Each group under this training will contain minimum 3 to maximum 10 persons.
5. The participants will be provided neat and clean accommodation in ashram with attached bathrooms.
6. You have to bring Loose clothing for meditation and yoga session.
